May's Poem of the Month

You can find physical fitness in each and every day,  Whether you are doing the dishes or waxing your sleigh.  It's as easy as one, two, three,  To take time for some crunches or climb a tree.  Jump up, jump back, and side to side,  Step up, dance and then glide.  Watch your portions, lean them out,  Eat your veggies, don't go without.

Crank your favourite tunes! | Venture outdoors | Find stairs | With iPod inserted to hearing apparatus, climb stairs 2 at a time for 30 mins. | Stretch | Briskly walk home, jog for 30 secs. then continue with walking | Repeat after supper
