Burn Advice

Good Night "I have two 25 lb. plates beside my bed and at night just before I turn in, I do an ab workout. I lie on the bed (hard bed) and put the plates on my abs with my legs out straight and I do slow crunches, exhaling on the crunch. I do as many as I can, and I usually have the television on. Also, when I can't sleep I roll off the bed and do pushups."
