Importance of Tea
Do you know the importance of tea? Do you know the benefits of different teas? Since I discovered white tea, it has been my favourite type of tea. I have been enjoying green tea for years, but I find that white tea provides more real benefits. Sometimes I combine a white tea and green tea bag while brewing a cup, just for an extra kick.White tea has been known to help the immune system fight off viruses and dangerous infection-causing bacteria. Also, fluoride-rich white tea helps to prevent the growth of plaque on teeth. So, what is “white tea”? A comparison to other teas can help answer this question. Black tea has been fully fermented during processing, while green tea has not been fermented at all. White tea actually undergoes very little processing and no fermentation, lending a milder taste to the brew. There is more caffeine in white tea than most green teas (unless denoted as de-caffeinated, of course), along with more antioxidants.
