Personal Injury
So, even though I have been working out for 9 years, and have never had an injury due to that. There is a first time for everything! That comment is so true. As I was performing a manual ab roller on my total gym (flat on the ground) I slipped and tried to catch myself using my abdominal muscles. I felt them tear and it was quite painful. Right now I am very swollen and bruised. So take your time and be careful when performing even the most routine exercises!
I have been laying around with ice on my stomach for a few days, hopefully getting back to basic workouts soon!
