May's Poem of the Month

You can find physical fitness in each and every day, 

Whether you are doing the dishes or waxing your sleigh. 

It's as easy as one, two, three, 

To take time for some crunches or climb a tree. 

Jump up, jump back, and side to side, 

Step up, dance and then glide. 

Watch your portions, lean them out, 

Eat your veggies, don't go without.
