The world is full of dreamers, and there are so many who don't follow through with their dreams… Amanda Lynn is not one of those people. She decided to make a difference in the world and I think she has done so. By introducing this remarkable concept of a magazine, written by the readers for the readers, she has helped so many people help themselves. Sometimes it seems like a diary for some of us to share our goals, dreams - and sometimes our hardships. I believe this has helped contributors by putting their health and well being into their own hands, because as we share our stories we are researching and learning more about these obstacles that we are facing. This is a fabulous tool to help people understand what they can do to help themselves. Fytness Fanatiks has touched countless lives in the past two years and I'm proud to say that I have been a part of it.
