Fitness Challenge January 9, 2007

Who is participating in the fitness challenges? I wonder how far I can push you to get harder, longer results? Maybe I should think of a contest? Hmm.. instead of rewarding yourself with results, should I reward the challengers that have results with a material item?
So last night I made potato leek soup.. check it out:

3 leeks (chopped, whites only)

8 ruby red potatoes (cubed)

Add them together in a pot, and stirfry with 2 tablespoons of butter til the leeks are browning.

Add water just so the ingredients are just covered, and boil on medium-high until the potatoes are soft.

Add one cup of milk, and salt to taste.. mmmmmm

I also made a pork pot roast .. check it out:

1 $5.00 pork pot roast dusted in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Browned in fying pan.

Throw it in the slowcooker (don't miss, it makes a mess)

Add this: one can of mushroom soup, 1 1/4 cup of water, and onion soup package and pour on top of roast. Cook on low for 8 hours.. mmm
