I strength train. Strength training varies from resistance training to weight lifting. I prefer, the heavier, the better, but on my lazy, off days, I like my total gym. The total gym allows me to work out and be lazy at the same time, because I can just lie on it. Strength training continues to burn calories and fat even after you are done your workout. My regular day consists of: 50 Jumping Jacks @ 6:45 am Shower, food, and etc. Drop Logan off @ 8:00 am To the shop til 2:30 pm Pick Logan up @ 2:30 pm To the grocery store, and then home Normal cleaning consists of - vaccuuming, dishes, dusting, straightening up and and tidying, and laundry.
